Awful Experience with Brothers
«

They told me they would ship me my bumper on May 5th. I called on May 9th. They again told me they would ship it. I called today on May 17th and they still havent shipped it, even though its "been" in stock. I would like to advise people to sat away from these people. I have sent Jamie at least 4 emails. Never responded to me. It amazes me how people stay in business in such a bad economy with such poor customer service. Thanks for reading.

I have had some issues as well with jamie but he did eventually straighten it out. I believe I did it over the phone.

My last experience with them was so pathetic I will NEVER use them again EVER! I ordered a FAT BAR system from them and it took over two months and I finally received my parts. Guess what? Wrong parts. So they tried to swap out the wrong parts with the right parts but failed miserably over and over. Back and fourth with poor communication I finally snapped and emailed No Limit myself who stepped in and took care of everything. Jamie never followed up with me, apologized, offered me a coupon or nothing! There's nothing they sell I can't get elsewhere.

I wish I had seen this before placing my order. Granted it's only a couple of Fender bolt kits, But I would still like them in a timely manner.

I ordered all my side trim from them when I redid my truck. I didn't know at the time, it wasn't an actual kit, they just pieced kits together from all the individual pieces.
So I paid my money, got the kit EXCEPT for the big hockey stick for the right fender and called to see what the problem was, they said it was backordered and they couldnt get it for 4 months. They didnt bother to tell me that at the time before I paid money to them.
So I got the truck all done except for the hockey stick, and then ordered the missing part from some other store and like 3 months after I got the truck all buttoned up the piece came in, so I have an extra hockey stick laying around I'll never need.
