The fan doesnt turn at all.

if it doesn’t move at all before the fuse blows i would think the blower is froze up try to spin it by hand or giving the blower a direct 12v from the battery and see what it does

Direct power from the batter and it spins. But it whines when I turn.

I dont know how fast it should spin so im not sure if it spins fast or not.   It seems like it.

you have one in your other truck right? swap them out see what happens

I havent gotten the other truck yet. Picking it up within the next week. Is there anything other than the fan that could be the problem? Resistor? It has a new relay.

im just thinking with the sound and resistance it might be the problem

You could unplug your fan and turn on the fan switch if the fuse blow your problem is elsewhere.

Good call! Ill definitely give that a try.

Still blows the fuse. I think im going to just not run it on high from the stock switch, but put a toggle spwitch wired to the batter and to the heater box. Flip that on for high. That circuit even blew a 30amp fuse.

heck throw a 50 in and be done with it also check the resistors out on the core box
