if it doesn’t move at all before the fuse blows i would think the blower is froze up try to spin it by hand or giving the blower a direct 12v from the battery and see what it does

I dont know how fast it should spin so im not sure if it spins fast or not. It seems like it.

I havent gotten the other truck yet. Picking it up within the next week. Is there anything other than the fan that could be the problem? Resistor? It has a new relay.

You could unplug your fan and turn on the fan switch if the fuse blow your problem is elsewhere.

Still blows the fuse. I think im going to just not run it on high from the stock switch, but put a toggle spwitch wired to the batter and to the heater box. Flip that on for high. That circuit even blew a 30amp fuse.
