The site I ordered mine from said they'll dim with the factory dimmer.  Should get them in today but might be this weekend before I can mess with anything.  We'll see.

If I install LED bulbs in the dash, will the dimmer still work?
Yes, LED bulbs will dim with your dash light intensity control
