Another tire sizing question

I'm running a staggered set-up with 15x10 in rears, 15x8 in fronts. Right now, from the previous owner has 295/50/15 in the rears and 255/60/15 in the fronts. Do these sizes sound OK?

There is nothing wrong with those sizes as far as running them on your truck (it is 2wd right), though I am curious as to why the p.o. put them on, kinda makes me believe he had them laying around.

Those are fine for the C10. The wider rear wheels help make up for the narrow rear track.
