That is the one I bought and put into my 74, those stinking points were driving me crazy. After install, noticed better acceleration, and seemed like more horse power, for sure better fuel economy in my case. Well worth the money.

I've used quite a few of those too now with great results. Can't beat the price.

who do you think makes the parts stores parts. i once had a guy come into autozone wanted shocks a older man im sure he was a farmer. i was about to finish the sale he then ask if they where made in usa. i didnt even have to look at the box i knew they weren’t. and sure enough they weren’t. he then ask if i could look for some that where. just to humor him i did nothing in the back was made in usa. he then took his business elsewhere. i couldn’t blame him but i couldn’t help him

For about a year now with no problems, to tell you the truth I did not look to see if it was made in china, like Irish said, even the parts that say they are made in USA, I would say that least 60% of them have sub parts that were made in other countries.
It is just too expensive and not enough manufacturing going on in the USA to have too many things that are truly 100% parts and all from the USA. Most times when it says made in USA, what it really means is
assembled
in the USA.

I have that same distributor (with a clear cap though) from the same guy in mine. I've had it in for 2 months now and its doing just fine. It really did look good in my hands.
