I am pretty sure O'reilly's has a regulator that does what you are looking for.  Someone will chime in and tell you what they have done, I have seen other post on here with the same problem and the solutions, just can not find them right now.

The easiest and actual best way to do this would to make it a flow through system instead of the usual dead head commonly associated with carb setups. Get any regulator they have that is name brand Holley would be the goto but Professional Products should do the job as well. The only other thing you will need is a "T" fitting. connect the inlet to one side of the "T" fitting and the return to the other. Plumb the regulator to the 90 degree end of the regulator inlet. I say this is the best way because you will always have the appropriate pressure to keep the bowles full even undr full throttle pulls and it omits the immediate pressure drop in a dead headed system.

You can still do the dead headed system if you prefer but you will have to cap off the return line because it may allow fuel spilage under extreme braking or climbing steep grades. The other down side is the pump itself. If you are using the stock tbi pump then dead heading it may cause it to fail prematurely. This is one mmore reason i wouldn't reccomend a dead headed system unless you have pump designed for a carb set up.
