I'm pretty sure you can use the existing crossmember, but just move it back, which the holes should already be there in the frame. You will need a way to lock up the torque converter, and I know they make kits. Check with transmission websites for the kit. You drive shaft may need shortening. The dipstick tube may be different for truck applications.
You will also need a kit for the t.v. cable bracket on the carburetor.
A new gear selection indicator for the steering column would be nice too.
