CONGRATS BRO!   I wish you all the best of happiness!

I remember when my daughter was born... NOTHING before or since has ever compared with that.   First time I cried in public.   I watched her be born, My finger was the first thing she grabbed with her tiny hand in this world.....  NOTHING EVER can better that.  It tickles me to think about that even now 15 years later....

It's a beautiful thing, bro!  Cherish it!!!!!!

Congrats on your new addition to your family.
From the point of view of being a dad and seeing them grow into adults, in my opinion there is nothing better on this earth you can spend your time on then being a father and raising beautifully children.

Thanks everyone! Everyone tells you how awesome it'll feel and how you will have so much love for your kid that its unreal but none of it really prepares you for how it feels. I know it didn't me, I knew I would love him and be happy he was here but when he finally did get here it was a smack in the face with emotions I didn't relize would be so strong.

He will if you do!  I still love the smell of an engine with no cats, because that's one of the earliest smells i can still remember with my dad's mustang.   I rebuilt my first engine and installed it (with dads help)  at 8 years old.  why i did all the work was that my dad had hurt his back badly, and his engine blew up in the 77 c10.  well he couldnt do the work, but he could tell me how to do, so i did.  I cherish that always.

I actuallly had a project in school, where you told what you did over the summer.  I said i put a new wngine in my dads truck, and the teacher sent me home with a note because i had lied and made that story up...  it was great when mom n dad went to school and told them i had actually done it.   they were amazed to say the least.

So look forward to making hilarious memories and lasting memories with your new baby.  weather or not you try, they'll happen.   :)
