All un masked.

A gallon does a Ranger, or similar size bed very nicely. I had a little left over. Probably enough for a repair type job.
A full size 8' bed its a little skimpy.
I reduce it 5% to 10% with a urethane grade reducer. It makes it spray out alot nicer, and stretches the product a touch.
SEM bed liner products are very durable. Ive been using them for 7 or 8 years now. It has held up great on my truck. Only place it has chipped and or peeled on my truck is the very edge of the I beam, and the D rings because of running chain through them, and dragging people out of the ditch, or being dragged out of a snow bank.

I prefer the low sheen material. I hope to do my C20 when it is done.

Once this cures its not quite so shiny. One of the things I like about it is its hard, but yet it still seems to offer a bit of non skid action when walking on it. I sprayed it on the floor of a custom built fiber glass shower in my ex girlfriends house.
Come to think of it now I wish it was slippery when wet!

Do you have the SEM Pro Tex? Or I can't remeber what the other version SEM offers is called.
Did you get the kit, or just a gallon of the liner? It takes 2 quarts of activator to do 1 gallon of liner. I use a Rocker Shutz gun to apply it with.

Blazin. I'm looking at doing the bed and rockers on my 82. I've looked at their stuff on the net and what I looked at was called "rock it liner". Is it the same thing as the pro tex you used. I had a 3/4 ton dodge that I had rhino lined and am looking for roughly the same thickness as what I had on it. I paid 450$ for it back in 06' and I can get enough to do four beds for that price with the sems. Thought about getting enough to do two of me and spray it on pretty thick. Whatcha think?
