I know the numbers are true the are very ligible
Block casting 3970010
Tab on passenger head 251524731 k07029r
I know it's a 350 bc of the block casting p.o did purchase an engine but not sure from we're ?

     Do a Internet search for engine I'd numbers.  They will give you the size, and year ranges.  Same with the heads.

I've tried for what seems like 2 hours I can only find the block castin info

     Alright, I am one for someone doing their own work, but since you looked and nobody else chimed in here is a good start.  I did not find the exact numbers you listed, but if you read up on this article it will explain to you what it all means, and in the mean time someone with a reference book might chime in.

     And if you hit the SBC cylinder head identification Crankshaft Coalition wiki article, under Chevy head casting numbers it will take you to the section on heads.  Good luck and I am sure someone will chime in.

I would have chimed in but I usually see 2 or 3 letters at the end which then makes sense.  Here is the resource I use.  The engine was built in Canada but beyond that I can't help, sorry
