starte don this about 2 months ago still have alot to do but coming along for a very low budget dd

Nice!!!!  Always hold a special place for the 83-84 silverado.  My first truck was an 83 K20

I put a Dodge split bench seat with fold down console and drivers side power in it Kenwood head unite and speakers. I want to switch the power windows over to Manuel. And put a small lift on it maybe hopefully be putting new exhaust on it this week

There are alot of great lifts out there, personally I use skyjacker. Offroad design has a rear shackle reverse kit which uses your existing rear springs and then you upgrade your fronts. Keep in mind whatever you choose theres certain items that need to be addressed,driveshaft length,brake lines, steering corrections etc do your homework

It be awhile before I lift it if I do but I'm in no hurry lol I need to make some speaker boxes and get Manuel windows and tint is my main wants right now

      Just a curiosity question, Why do you want to switch from power windows to manual windows ?
#1: The easiest and most obvious solution to any problem is 99% of the time correct.
#2: There is no such thing as impossible, it just takes longer.

my power windows are really really slow and i have a another truck with manuel windows in it i going to swap out

Yea i was wondering that to? Alot of times just taking off the door panel and adjusting/lubricating existing slide channels sometimes will speed things up. Of course a dead motor is a whole other issue.
