It does it around 35-45 mph i guess. I cant really describe it good except it feels like that wheel is literally coming off the ground. When it starts it doesnt stop till i get down to about 15 mph.

     I would check your rotors or have someone check them.

Found the problem. I took it down to a local tire shop to get the wheels balance. They couldn't get the front wheels to balance so they took the tires off the rim and both of them had alot of fix a flat in them. So they cleaned em out good and got em balanced. Haven't had the problem since.
