I'm thinking about changing from vbelts to the serpintine belt but I'm confused on what accs holes I need or is there a setup that I wouldn't need to use these holes I only have one hole in the pass head

For an F body setup you need this hole on the pass head:
behind the tensioner, it's the lower hole.
same spot as on the drivers side where the stud is (under the hose end in the pic)

Um I'm still confused so I have a hole for the alternator but am I supposed to have one or 3on the passenger side

cast iron heads? There are actually several different patterns and not all heads have all the holes. what exactly do you have?
