Throttle Body housing..Help!!!

My truck: 87 5.7 TBI 700r4.
Does anyone know were I can find a new or rebiult Throttle body housing???

the only place that I can think of that you can order a remaned TBI off the top of my head is Rockauto. It's going to run you 290 something and the you wil get a $50 core charge back. there are a lit of cheaper options if you want to spend the time to rebuild it yourself.

The reason I ask is that the only thing I need is the actual housing contaning the butterflies. I have a sticky throttle whitch I have pinpointed down to those. Do you know if they can be rebuilt?
Also, has anyone ever heard of throttlebodyinjection.com??
They have one on there site for $98 + shipping. Does this sound good.
I have searched the junkyards in my area with no luck!

There's a bunch of them on car-part.com, the junkyard search site.  Going rate for 1987/5.7l seems to be about $125.

I just thought of another question! The numbers on the front of the housing is the actual model # correct??  Are there years that are interchangeable with little to no mod. Or is it best to find the exact same model # as mine.

What is wrong with the Shaft?  If it is loose you will need to put bushings in it...

I am not sure if anything is "wrong " with the shaft. It seams to be the origin of the throttle sticking. This may or may not make much sense to ya but I am trying to explain it best I can.

No, it sticks from closed position. once it is open it seams to feel fine. I did have a mechanic look at it, and He thinks the bushings in shaft are worn. Although it feels to me like the actual butterflies are sticking to the wall.

The TBI throttle shaft is not bushed from the factory.  That is to say, the throttle shaft is supported directly in the TBI body without bushings.  The TBI housing is very soft compared to the steel throttle shaft, so the housing manifests the majority of any wear.  As the TBI body wears, the shaft fit in the housing gets sloppy and the shaft begins to move sideways - it's no longer held in proper alignment.  That forces the throttle plates off-center from their bores; the plates 'stick' around their circumference as they bind against one side of the throttle bores.  Bushing the throttle shaft just realigns the shaft in the housing and recenters the plates in their bores, so they won't bind and cause the symptoms you're experiencing.

Looking on Rockauto, you can get a rebuilt TBI unit for $250 (+ $50 core).  If you get a rebuild kit and the bushing kit listed above, you will be more $ than the rebuilt, however there is a chance you could sell the bushing kit once done with yours.
