I bought this truck in 1997 from my grandfather. Je was the original owner. Did a rebuild on it when i was 18 to get where it is now. Truck was a lot of fun and i had a blast with it. I had it tucked away in storage fir the last 5 years and have finally had the time and money to take it to the next step. I current state she would run 12.20 to 12.30 1/4 times. Hoping to drive it on street and run no faster than 11.50s i do not want to cage it

So i want to drop a little weight and also move some around a little bit on the truck. Also plan on installing a 377 th400 with a break and a 4500 stahl. Going to convert motor to e 85 to save a little coin on fuel. Went with a ladder rear suspension with coil overs and a currie 9 rear. Going to run a set of 32x17.50 et streets on it

Well i have the fuel cell mounted, and fuel pump/filter mounted. Tore truck back apart and coated the frame. Hope to tear down the rear end this week and start the final assembly of the rear next weekend have all the fuel and brake lines made so in theory should go back together fairly smooth

Got the rear end all back together fuel system all plumbed up. Rear wiring complete. Motor pulled all old fuel and brake lines out. Starting to mock up new motor and trans mounts. And work on the front end rebuild.

NICE BUILD! love the coilover set up, the battery all the way in the rear on the pass. side, the fat ass tires and that diff with discs is dang mean looking. Is that a fiberglass mock up block? if so, freaking gnarly. Can't wait to see more.
