Hey guys! So I know I've let up on writing stories about the updates to my truck. I've just been so busy lately... Well here are a bunch of pics I took today.... Spark plug wires hooked up, alternator bolted up, power steering bolted up,  big air filter and cap bolted on, brackets mounted up. Headers installed, fuel system somewhat hooked up. I need new pulleys though.. To be honest... Not only do they not fit but they are used and old. I'm sure a sand and paint job would do wonders. I would honestly probably keep them if it wasn't for them not fitting.... Need pulleys and brackets still... And other things... Ie.... I have all the fluids for the truck, power steering, coolant, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, both front and rear axle fluids. U-joints, wheel bearings, seals, for axles, gasket maker for diff covers, brake pads, shoes for drums, hardware kit for drums,  exhaust pipes for dual exhaust, mufflers, gauges and a slew of other things to be installed it just needs to get done on those things pretty much. Need to flush the fuel tank and add a second fuel tank as well... I won't be making it that far on the small fuel tank it has on board. There is one shock mounted on the driver side. The passenger side still needs installed.. Among other things. The heater core needs replaced... No heat.... Both door locks and window "guts" I'll call them inside the door need replaced. I have the door locks though... Ignition pulls out of the steering column... Hmmm leave it or fix it guys? Truck still starts though... What are your thoughts? Carb still needs tuned once the motor is running... Picked up a magnetic drain plug for engine oil... After the engine is broken in I'm putting the joe Gibbs racing 10w40 oil in it. I've read some really positive reviews on joe Gibbs oil for various engines, the users have had very interesting reviews of the oil they have used. If you guys have time check out joe Gibbs oil and look up their reviews. Definitely worth your time checking it out... Hey guys I would like to put a stock radio in the truck as it does not have one. Any ideas?  What kind of speakers would work well with the stock radio? Also don't know if I'll actually be able to hear the radio over the big block? Any users have experience with a high performance big block with zero sound proofing material and a stock radio ? Would like some input on that.....  The driveshafts still need to be rebuilt and brakes changed out.... I didn't think or realize the build would go this far at all..... There's always something else to do to get it running seems like,, well not just get it running but to replace this fix that or upgrade etc..... My hat is off to you fellows who have done a complete truck rebuild..... Man.... A lot of work, time and as all of you know ....funds lol......well I would sit here and told more but need to post some pictures.... Hey guys.... Anyone know how much oil this engine takes with a deep truck pan installed on a passenger car big block ?  Had to get a new dip stick from gm and tube as well, new truck pan... And I don't know how much she will hold. Don't want any issues with too little or too much oil... That's a bad thing that's find sure.... Well fellas enjoy the pics!

The headers had plenty of room! Whoo hoo! No denting or banging on them!
