Obama's policies  have put more people on welfare than any  president before him, so this placement is most  appropriate. Unlike the Nobel Peace Prize, for  which he did nothing, this is an "honor"   he richly deserves.   

I was  eating breakfast with my 13-year-old  granddaughter and I asked her, "What day is the  20th of February?"

She said "It's  President's Day!"

She is a smart kid. 

I asked "What does President's Day  mean?"

I was waiting for something about  Washington or Lincoln… etc.

She replied,  "President's Day is when President Obama steps  out of the White House, and if he sees his  shadow we have one more year of unemployment."

Quite frankly, no matter how clean your joke was, and i trust you...  The reason I love this site so much is that political and such things dont intrude upon it... (it being the site)

While i may agree with you 102%  I came here for chevy trucks, not political stuff  (actually I USE MY TRUCK TO ESCAPE FROM THE POLITICAL STUFF OF THE WORLD)  Ya know...  no hate, only love...  but whatever yall say ima respod with what a child thinks of it      I love this site cuz it's TRUCKS ONLY, Our Escape from reality.  yeah reality is terrible, thats why we here, to get away from reality and come together over CHEVY TRUCKS!

I pay some of my money, to this site, year after year, because they moderate.  no cussing.  now in person i would make a sailor blush i curse so much...  but here it's not needed.

The political is held at bay, frankly im surprised this thread still exists...

I love this site because we all love chevies...  and we all try to help each other reach our goals...  I now something you don't...  I'll tell you...  you know something I don't...  i hope you'll tell me...

I love this place.  Ive been a member of so many 73-87 sites...  this one is the one we should all look for and try to keep running (and in the way it does now)

I dont get mad cuz you have opinions about stuff going on today...  but i do not want to hear it...  because i KNOW WHATS GOING ON.  I come here to get away...

I want here to be my place away and my truck away from things...  this is the website equivelent of my camping for 5 or 6 weeks out of my chevy truck.

I know how terrible things are everywhere...   but here im not supposed to hear that, this site is my escape...  my get away from the worlds terribleness, tho i cannot right now drive off in my truck into the wonderful sunset,  i want to, and i come here and do not want any reminders of how terrible the reality of the world is...  i bet mines terrible as bad stuff comes...  i want away from that...  i come here for that...
