If your gona lift the body do it right, get a kit.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

Guys I appreciate all your help. I had to remove the entire heater core case and install it in the new cab. I had to cut an access hole and install a metal plate because this new cab had A/C.
The NP205 fits perfect under the cab with the new body mounts, it standard height. The body bushings were in horrible shape along with the sleeves were rusted away. I found 2 different sizes of pipe and cut it to length for the new sleeves. The donor cab was a 85' 2wd low hump.

no body lift was needed with bushings used from ebay 271391548136.
