flip kit installed

So I just install flip kit but I took measurement and im a quarter inch of one side  one wheel is closer to edge of  of the rear bed fender how can I fix this with out  basically taking everything apart

     Please tell us how you measured, from what points to what points.  Then somebody can give you idea's.

I measured from the chassis to the back of drum

There is no adjustment in the axle. If you want the bed to match you will need to move it...  but give that it is 1/4" can you be sure you measure from the same spot?  The flip kit didn't do this, so did you measure prior?

No I didnt measure prior but when I bought t the truck one of the rear tires did have a spacer  which is a querter of an inch thick
