Headers for a Suburban
« on: August 14, 2014, 04:46:08 pm »
I have a 1986 Chevy K10 Suburban with a 350 in it. I'm looking for a set of headers that will drop right in onto the engine. Since my engine is still in the truck and I don't feel like pulling it out. I already have pulled the starter off and the a/c housing to try my buddies set but they didn't work out. Any suggestions on which headers will work?

Thanks, any help appreciated

You always have to wiggle headers in to get them in, but a lot of plp on here like the hooker headers.

On my 89 I cant get them in on the drivers side from the top with the engine in but they slid up from the bottom side with no problem. Passenger side really wasnt a big problem to get in place from the top with the starter removed.

What were the headers that you tried off of?
