If it's noise when you push in the clutch, it could be a bad throwout bearing.

There aren't any noises when the clutch is pushed in, only when coming to a stop..

Coming to a stop with your foot on the clutch or off?  Can you get a video of it?

Okay, so i was finally able to add a short 10 second video on youtube so that you guys can kind of hear whats going on. I hope its enough, If not then ill add another. Disregard the squeaking brakes and bad interior lol my focus is on the mechanics for now.
I tried stopping with it in gear and not in gear. It feels like once i get slow enough something locks into place, causing the abrupt stop. It alsosometimes pops into gear when i come off the clutch and push on the gas.

This is the link                https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH0pEq4PPyU&feature=youtu.be

Thanks

Check your u-joints first, and foremost.

Eliminate those before suspecting the clutch.

I know for sure the front u joint is fine, it was just recently changed out. I even disconnected the front driveshaft to be sure. Any other suggestions?

sometimes you have to give us a day or two to get back on. but i cant watch the video for now(firewall), but does it do it when you coming to a stop and take the trans out of gear?

Copy that.
It does it with the transmission in gear and out, but not as I take it out of gear if that makes sense.

try to take it out of gear by the t case when your stopping. then see if it make the noise anyway you can with the t case in neutral

I really couldn't tell what noise to listen to in the video.  Are the axles ok?  Pinion nuts?

It is starting to sound more like a countershaft bearing in your transmission. Or as Capt said a bad pinion bearing.
