80's three door conversion???

Does anyone have info on a company that created a three door conversion from a long bed C10?

almost want to say it looks like someone took a crew cab and swapped the rear doors to make it a "suicide" door. never seen that before

That's what I thought, too. I'm just curious if there was any other info on it. Like, maybe a company that did conversions? It looks interesting, but I'm concerned about it possible being a hack job with TONS of bondo...

It kinda looks like the conversion extended cabs that a company in texas used to build. But they never did any with doors that I know of. First extended cab with a working door that I've ever seen.

I kind of wonder if it was a typo and that it's a 4 door with a suicide conversion... Hmmmmm....

i dont see a conversion company taking the time to stretch a regular cab for the size of a crew cab. to me it looks like a crew cab read door

Just called the guy... Apparently it was a custom job with 3 doors! And apparently the rear seat would slide down in to a bed. Unfortunately, he traded it already to someone else. Interesting none the less!

Irish, neither do I. Infact it does look like it probably WAS a crew cab rear door, but it's about 1/2 - 3/4 the size of a crew rear door. Also, it's probably the RIGHT rear stuffed onto the left side, the door handle is in the wrong place and the edge that meets the front door doesn't match the contour of a left rear door. It looks like there might be a lock cylinder in the middle of the yellow stripe too.

i have heard of a conversion for the crew cabs. this conversion involves making them crew+ extended cab so you can put the fold down bench in the rear. would love to see better/more pictures. also the bed has been cut down also

i do see the lock cylinder in the rear door. but not one in the front? also i think i only see 5 lugs up front for a ½ ton

So like a 6 door cab, 4 full size doors and 2 half size doors?
Saw the bed and no cylinder in drivers door and the lug nut count. Good eyes.

nope, 4 door with the extended cab added on no doors like ziegs truck but will 2 more doors before the side rear window

Oh ok. So you get 2 full size front doors, then 2 half size extended cab doors, then just a extended cab no doors before the bed.
