New lift, old lean.
« on: September 27, 2015, 04:06:43 pm »
I have tried it all, think I've read everything about this freaking lean. So I ordered a rough country 2 inch lift. Front springs rear blocks. All new shocks. Still leaning. Body mounts look ok as far as I can see
Its better just not right. I actually had to add 1 extra inch on the drivers side rear to level out the back. Front is still 1 inch or so low. It sucks   looks better but still. Any ideas.

It's not as noticeable in the picks because the right rear tire was in a bit of a hole.

I've wondered the same thing. I've got shims under the body to help but it's still there some. I've wondered if maybe the frame is slightly twisted or something? Mine has a single fuel tank on the driver side and it sits exactly 1 inch lower than the passenger side from ground to bottom of the fenders. I wouldn't think the gas tank would be heavy enough to cause that but who knows.

Mine is the same. Single tank. Front slightly different than the rear.

On level ground, make some measurements from the center of the spring to frame etc. If it's not suspension then look at your cab braces, cab mounts etc. If all looks OK a little shim here and there won't hurt anything.
