Stainless Exhaust
« on: November 30, 2016, 02:44:11 pm »
I'm looking for a stainless exhaust for an 86 k20 with headers.  Would prefer a full 3" all the way back with stock side exit.  I've found one at summit for $800 ish but that's a little pricey.  Any suggestions?

Thank you

My suggestion is to have your exhaust system built and then coated. There are so many variations that bolt ons rarely fit the way a custom system will

When you say coat it what do you mean?  Coat it with what? Ceramic? Aluminum? I was looking for stainless.

$800 is a pretty good price for 3" stainless kit. If you went custom regular steel and coated your looking at about $5-600, cheap end(lower quality)

Ok I'll probably just bite the bullet and go with that.  Since its an easy bolt on that will help swallow the cost.
