If vacuum is present at the EGR valve with the engine running, replace the EGR solenoid.

Sent from my iPad using TapatalkAll you need to do is pull the vacuum hose off of the EGR valve. If vacuum is present at idle, the solenoid is stuck open. I am not brand loyal to these types of parts. Get what's readily available to you.
