I know how to bypass the electronic spark control but once you put the two wires together do you plug it back in or leave it unplugged? Thanks

to bypass it you unplug it, which should only be done for timing. once done you plug it back together

Are you trying to bypass it permanently or set timing?

Why do you want to do that? But I imagine you can just leave it unhooked

Once you connect the black and green distributor pigtail wires together, I believe the distributor connector remains disconnected from the harness running into the ESC module inside the cab.
