« on: March 01, 2007, 01:04:00 am »
I found a web site that had a front roll pan for my 86... But I don't remember what it was, and can't seem to find it when I google it... Does anyone know where I can find one of these???

Found one that showed a pic, but not anything about where they got it.... I think Chris posted the pic.. And Jeff has a pic of one on his site, but I can't ever get a hold of him...

Jeff... I had emailed him about soemthing on his site, but never got a reply... I hate to keep bothering folks about stuff, so I just left it at that...

I would like a steel one... But either way, won't I have to hack off the front part of the frame where the bumper would bolt up to???

If it was a Visitors Ride, Jeff may not be able to help you unless they posted new contact info, or they gave a description of the part.

I haven't ever installed one, but you will need to remove some portion of the framehorns to get the front one on, unless they designed around it, which I think some do.  You will just have to check with the company in question.

I found this one on www.truckn-store.com, but it cost $169... I wish I could find a better price than that!

But it is also AIM Industries, Ian dI have heard a bunch of bad things about them.... Not for body mods, but about their air suspension...

I have one from AIM industries like you posted and I can tell you it is a pretty well made piece. It is very heavy gauge steel and you do have to cut your front frame horns off in order to mount it. I agree that there air products that they make are crap.

AIM is kinda hit or miss. i've heard good and bad about their suspension products (more bad), but not much on their panels
