What is this

I realize this is probably not the right place for this question, but as i dont know what it is it's hard to find the right place for it.

I have a  pair if metal parts that I cant quite figure out what they are for.  I did not take the truck apart, and the person who did can not identify them at this point.

Thoughts?

ive tried to edit your pictures but i cant even find the original pictures something is messed up with your image addresses

Ok I think i found the issues.  I am sharing via google photos, which is technically not supported, but there is a workaround.  I did not make the photos public - ID-10T Error

I have checked the post from tapatalk and another computer.  They are showing now.  Thanks!
