Engine flush

Hey anybody done a motor medic flush?Does it hurt help? Should you drop pan and clean it ? Or not I don’t know how many miles are on engine?was built when got it a 400sbc with thumper can got a noise valve tick?

Pull the valve covers and adjust your valves appropriately. Liquid band-aid doesn't work.

How do u adjust valves? How can I learn? I’m more electrical than mechanical  when got truck none of electric worked got all that fixed now want to do mechanical stuff.
