Hood not level with fender, why?

Why on this side only does the hood not level even with the fender? Iv'e tried nuthin, and i'm all out of ideas.  How do i fix this? Driving me crazy! The problem was not there prior to bodywork and paint. So how all of a sudden could it be the hinges? The hood was removed for paint and this fender was replaced.  Is something out of whack?!

Did you adjust the hinge to fender bolts? If you push down on the hood does it sit correctly?

Yes i can push down on the hood then it sits right. But slowly comes back up.

Did you replace the hinges?

Ok, i'll get some new hinges on there and get back to you. Whats a  good source? Site store? Other truck catalog, is there a local place?

Try Jegs just be careful with the springs, mask off the area and lay a few towels over the fender in case you launch one into space.
