Hey guys,
It seems like my timing keeps going out of whack. Just when i think that the bolt is tight I'll hit a pot hole or go down a bumpy road and the timing goes in her.
It still has a great sounding idle, but when she is moving down the road it almost makes a "chug, chug, chug" sound when i hit the gas pedal. similar to a "hole in the exhaust" type of sound.
So i'm assuming her timing is now set too low.
Is there any way to fix the timing so that it won't go out? like putting a lock washer or something on that clamp down bolt?
I'm sure this is a common question! So i'm sorry if it's been asked a hundred times.
Thanks guys.
