Steering and noise

So I have a lot of squeaking while turning. Any idea what’s the cause. I am not a mechanic.

Then you need to become somewhat of one or hire one to own one of these trucks.

You need to inspect the front end steering and suspension system, both load and unloaded. Read up on performing a dry park check, steering system check and suspension system inspection by using the search button. There is a lot of talk about how to perform these tests.

Make sure you have a floor jack, jack stands, and wheel chocks when you inspect your front end.

Yeah Man, in it to win it, for some it's a trial by fire.

Start with more info: When you're doing what? Driving fast, slow, parking? When it's cold, hot, snowing, rain?

Is the sound localized to the front of the front, mid, or rear of the truck? Lots of things can squeak.

Is it when your wife, or dog, is mad, happy, grumpy, sleepy, or tipsy?

All of these factors affect a man's perception of his Square Body, believe it or NOT!!!

Thank you for the replies. Noise is from the front. Usually when entering or leaving the driveway. Also same when entering and leaving a parking spot. And only when the wheels are turned. More so when doing a sharp turn.

By all means do this ^^^^.

When was the last thorough front end lubrication performed?  Could be as simple as a dry joint.  Check the drive belts for adequate tension, cracks and glazing.
