Brake bleeding problem

Ok well I guess this was the correct place to put this one...
I replaced the right rear hardline to the wheel cylinder last week. There was a small amount of fluid in the line when I changed it. I went to bleed the brakes and nothing. Read the post on bleeding the master cylinder and did that tried gravity bleeding them tried re bleeding them and now just a little frustrated... Can't seem to get fluid to the rear fronts are fine... Anybody got any suggestions. I have tried everything I could think of short of hooking up an air compressor and blowing down through the line... lol Anyway thanks in advance for the help

Is the bleeder clear? Remove it and make sure it's not plugged up. If by pumping the master cylinder you still can't get any pressure try a vacuum bleeder.

loosen the line as it comes into the wheel cylinder....kind of bleed it via the line instead of the bleeder fitting.  see if fluid then comes out.  If not, move up to where the new line joins the old and loosen there to see if fluid comes out there. Keep doing that until you get to the  combination valve.  Still if no fluid when loosend and  bleeding, it may be the valve.

Just keep going forward from the wheel until you see fluid.

If the brakeline was open(rusted) the master cylinder was probely emptyed and you need to start there, bleeding the master cyl. first. gravity beeding takes some time for it to get to the back of the truck, Have someone in the dr.seat open the bleeder and they push the pedal to the floor and hold it while you close the bleeder, do this till you start to get fluid back there. I have a Mityvac that I use. If there a serp belt set on it I hope they used a reverse rotation water pump on it.Sounds like butchers owned the truck before you.

Well still had no luck so started tearing off lines one at a time found the main line plugged with rust so order a new replacement from intube and things are going much better now. Thanks for all the tips guys will be in touch soon.
