loosen the line as it comes into the wheel cylinder....kind of bleed it via the line instead of the bleeder fitting. see if fluid then comes out. If not, move up to where the new line joins the old and loosen there to see if fluid comes out there. Keep doing that until you get to the combination valve. Still if no fluid when loosend and bleeding, it may be the valve.
Just keep going forward from the wheel until you see fluid.
