Poping noise?

When I turn there is a poping noise coming from the front end. It is only when I am moving. If I am siting still it does not do it. What should I check? Nothing obvious looks like it is moving.

I would check the front frame area near the steering box first. Are you running large tires?
Does it do it more turning or straight, or ....

what type of hubs are you running? Is it possible that you have a busted spider gear in the diff?? Also are you certain that its popping in the front? If its in the rear, you most likely have a spider gear broke or a busted tooth on your ring or pinion.

Im pretty sure it is the front end, I stuck my head out the window a couple of times while turning. I checked the frame and didnt see any cracks or anything. that was the first thing I thought of that and u bolts but it all looks ok. I just replaced the hubs due to bad bearings that spun the races, and have warn 1/4 turns. The diff is full of oil and 4 wheel is disengaged.

Try jacking the side up thats poping put gloved on grab ur tire and shake up and down left and right and all around...Alot of times a loud poping can be cut of a tie rod end or ball joint ...or sometimes a unaversal..

Check the ball joints for axial play and if they look tight but the wheel moves it's your wheel bearings.
