This weekend i`ll send some pics  here.Right now just no motivation to do much.I may end up throwing some things out like the wiper arm assembly i got from you and a few other things. The wiper arms i`m gonna have chromed. The rest that bolts under the cowl is getting chucked along with the worn out window regulators..

thanks

Use a paintstick to do the body filler sanding.I usually put the filler on, board file it with 36 grit, use black guide coat over the 36 grit marks, take a paint stick and 80 grit and fold it so its flat on the stick, take your index fingers and thumbsand pinch each end making sure the paint stick is flat an sand in a X pattern. Sand till you see the black gone.If you see any low spots, reskim the areas. And then once you get to where its nice. Then take polyester glazing putty.I personally prefer USC icing. Put it on over the filler, then do the paint stick remedy again with 80 grit, once you got it sanded some where you cut the top layer of the putty, switch to 100-120 but before that take spray bomb black , give the putty a light/medium coat, then do the sanding and you should be good till the putty is smooth and the black guide coat is all but gone...Thats how i did the truck..

thanks
pat

p.s. thank you for the compliment it took me a long time to get it this far and i gotta redo the drivers door i chipped the paint and im not happy till its redone which should be soon.
