Did anybody else notice the magazine article page included in the photos?
I was too young to remember the truck of the year in 1976. I was only 13 and while my interest for cars was there, I was spending too much time riding dirt bikes.
Cool truck though.
I sure would like to see more of that article that this page was from.

I like how he put Spirit of 76 and it isn't a Spirit of 76 truck, just a pickup.

There were a couple of places in the bed (corners) that were repaired with fiberglass.

Sounds like he made a fast repair to turn the truck.  It is already priced at its max for Alabama, regardless of what NADA guides suggest.

If I can get it to work, here is a link to some recent photos of my truck.
The top of the cab and the hood are a metallic silver (listed for Goodyear tire and rubber co.), The lower body and the back half area metallic Grey (listed for Loy coach co.), They are broken with a band of metallic gold (listed for 2005 Chevrolet) Clear coat is by Krystal Kote.
It is hard to photograph this color combo as it changes in light, as you walk around and from top to bottom.
Thanks for the interest. There is a lot of work in this truck and it still has a long ways to go.
By the way the WA. state licence that was on this truck when I bought it was 2HAUL (sound familier)
