For the most part, yes... There are different levels of 3/4 ton suspension GVCW. My 3/4 Ton is the 8600 GVW, heaviest of the 3/4 tons.

I would go with coils for your truck, just get them for a 454 with AC. That will raise it up assuming you have a small block in it now.

I just put a set in mine and will be taking them out for a pair of drops. BB springs basically brand new if yer interested...
