sure!   just buy a new frame, bed,fenders, cab,radiator support, another front-end, front and rear bumpers, differential, wheels and tires, new paint, interior, and she would be "LIKE-NEW" ;D

ehh that'll buff out!  that was one nasty wreck man!  i fell asleep at the wheel one time myself, in a F*rd Ranger i use to have...thank God it didn't turn out like that!!
