i just woundering if this looks right to ya'll. when i went from v-belt to serpintine i switched alts and these to little wires are coming out the bottom of it, i just want to make sure everything is right. i changed the plug also.

All you need is the field wire. Be careful with the connections you have there though, you should hard wire it and just have the connection at your CS alternator. BTW if you google theres a few websites on the SI to CS alternator conversion. I just did this to my 85 a few months back.

Yeah, your good as long as you have the wires hooked up to the right ones on your field plug. Once you get that all set, just use some shrink tube and some good connectors and splice right into that connector on your serp alternator.
