The linkage would definitely be the same, the 4L60E has the same physical dimensions as a 4L60(700R4).  There wasnt' any difference in linkages on non-overdrive vs overdrive trans, only the indicator in the cluster was different.  Nice Progress BTW.

With the Holidays well done, I have had time to get back in to the garage.  My dead line to have everything ready to fire is Feb 2nd.  My buddy that is going to flash my ECM has nothing going on that day, and that gives me 2 saturdays to finish up good enough to run!

So far my wires are all ran to the engine, have a few power wires to tidy up, and a radiator to swap out.  01 radiator from the C2500 works fine but the filler tank won't clear the hood, so Im getting another radiator this weekend.

I made my own exhaust pipes, didn't get the best picture, but you can kinda see them.
I am going to run a cluster from a 90 sub, check out my tow haul indicator!
Enjoy.

Looking Good so far, I would like to do something similar to my '77 K25 in the future :)  I see I'm not the only one that is a T-type Lesabre(& Electra) fan, with Spare parts ;D My '87 has been long since trashed and wrecked (Ex's are great aren't they ::)), but I still got the parts stashed for when I get another :D

Good combo. I had a 99 Silverado with that powertrain. Ran like a top, got good fuel mileage and had plenty o power!  Looks like your doing a bang up job!

Thanks!

I have had a 00 Z-71 ECSB, 05 Tahoe 4x4, and a 03 Tahoe 4x4 all with the same combo all with an EFI live tune, They run great, pull great ( for what they are ) and get the descent MPG's too.

My PCM was tuned and I picked it up tonight.  Will work on getting it installed tomorrow night and get some tranny fluid in it.  Planning to crank it over Friday night.  Hope it lights!
