It comes with the field you work in, and an awesome boss I guess lol, but. Couldn't diagnose a odb system if life depended on it

got my DOM and some other stuff in, going to logan to see if i can get some cheep cold roll, then i need to find a driverside stock front lower A arm, if i cant find it ill be set back to making them, since mine is shot (caught a tire on the highway) so im setting my bender and lift up tomorrow, wish me luck lol, about 14 1" holes into concrete

Set up the tubing bender/ the 2 post lift/ and a bunch of other stuff, including wiring and painting the lift

I then bent up all my arms, took 2 days to do

I then had to make custom washers for the poly bushings, i had a 5/8 inner and 1 3/4 outer demension, so i punched them at work out of 1/8th SS, so they look pretty and are strong
Last night i welded for 3 hours, i learned how to tig yesterday lol, but i had by boss do the ones that are on the bushings, then i did the rest, came out better than i expected

Then mocked everything up


all i have to really do is shim the air bags so that the bumpstop that is intigrated in them hits

and then the money shot:


I also ordered 7 lengths of DOM, i got it at $55 a length, it was cheaper than hot rolled electrically welded, so i hope that comes in tomorrow so i can make my 6 pt crss member on saturday.

How do you like that bender? Is it a PITA being manual, would you prefer a hyd. one?

It all depends how much bending you do, when I do the cage I know I will wish I owned the hydro, but manual I think is better for the small stuff, since you can feel the spring of the meterial its easier to check your bend since you have to release the pressure.

I did alot of work this weekend I'll get pics up later, but I'm having front fender clearence issues, which are my main concerns right now
