Here's a kit from Stainless Steel Brakes Corp.
Rear Standard Disc Brake Kit
I've heard that unless you tow heavy loads, rear disc brakes on a truck don't offer much additional braking performance. Still tempted to try them myself, though.
Also your proportioning valve should be converted over to the disc/disc type. Or you could get an adjustable valve.

I would strongly encourage the use of a master cylinder designed for rear disk brakes as well..Drum MCs keep a little bit of pressure on the rear brakes, to keep the shoes closer to the drums. Using the drum MC will cause your rear brakes to drag a little bit.

Also need to use a different proportioning valve.

Lots of information on rear disc swaps on Coloradok5.com. Lots of the 4x4 guys do these swaps.
I am in the middle of putting rear discs on my 1 ton crew cab. Using DIY4X.com rear caliper brackets, 77 Eldorado e-brake calipers, 3/4 ton front rotors. FWIW I have about $400 in the set up with ALL brand new parts. MUCH less than some of the kits.

(Here is mine just to add some thing to the tread) I got the DIY4x.com brackets on the truck. Just for reference these are Eldorado calipers, 3/4ton front discs and DIY4x.com brackets. I still have to make all the lines.
I also got the Detroit Locker in. Looks like we may have a working rear axle again soon.
Couple of quick pics for fun.

That is the same exact jack I have extemjeepn...good to know that it can support a 4x4! I was concerned about it's ability to hold up my lowered 74.

Haha, I have had that little jack for a LOOOOONG time. Still works, but to be fair there is no bed, rear bumper, exhaust on that truck right now.
