engine mount bolts

ok i had a friend help me a few years back put the 350 in my 78, but he never tightened the engine mount bolts all the way so i had both ont he drivers side and passenger side fall out. these are the long ones that go through the metal bracket that bolts to the engine and then through the rubber mount that bolts to the frame.
so if anyone knows if like ARP makes aftermarket ones or where i can order them from i would greatly appreaciate it since im tires of my engine jumping around and making a loud knocking sound.

I`m suprised they fell out.I say put the original ones back in, and torque the nuts to reccomended specs. I never had any problems with ARP bolts, i got them in my cougars 351c motor and there good quality and strong too.
thanks

When I dropped in my crate 350 the old bolts had locking nuts. Not the nuts with nylon but "crush" nuts. Where the threads are tapered and crush as it is torqued. I had to go to the stealership to get replacement ones.

ok so the stealership can still get them. cool i was just wondering if maybe ARP offered a set. again they aren't theshort ones that hold the bracket to the engine or the mount to the frame but rather the bracket to the mount.

Mesure how long they are and run down to the hardware store. If they have a good selection they should have them there. Bolts, lock nuts etc. etc.

i dont have them to measure, im sure i have another set soemwhere in my stack of project engines (327, 350 4bolt, 283, and 400) i guess ill have to take a engine mount down and use that as a tool for size/length.

They're just 1/2" bolts by 5" long
