lug nut size
« on: January 24, 2008, 07:20:10 am »
1980 C10 1/2 ton stepside 5x5 pattern.  I don't have access to my service manual or owner's manual at the moment.  I did a search and see a response (regarding a question on a 1978 truck's lug nuts and a reply that guesses that the information regarding lug nuts from a 1981 service manual would be the same), but I need to be sure.  Anyone have access to a 1980 manual?

I'm pretty sure all the 5 lugs were 1/2-20. The 6 lug were 7/16-20 and the 8 lugs were 9/16-18 IIRC

I swear I posted this, but all 73-87 trucks used the same lugs, Vile posted the right size...
