I finally got around to e mailing this pic from my phone. I did this about 2 years ago. Thought you guys might like to see the results of keeping your finger on the trigger of the nail gun!

ya no what....might sound odd....But iv done the same thing...Sent one right threw my thumb....Pretty funny walking in the er...Whats the problem? Then u hold up ur arm right? lol

I had one come through a botom wall plate on a bounce and went through my right fore finger into my middle finger. That one didn't stay with me though as it was through the plate.
 If I had know this one wasn't in the bone. I would have pulled it myself. It didn't really hurt, so my thinking was it must be bad if it dosn't hurt!

I was working on a roofing crew on the local public library, and one of the legitimately more skilled workers drove a 2" roofing nail into his KNEE CAP. He pulled it out and went back to work.

Ouch!  Don't show this to certain politicians, they'll ban those things--just like them limiting everything else we do.

I shot one through my thumb on the first day I used my new gun.  It didn't hurt either - pulled it out myself.  Then threw the nail across the room, put a band aid on and went back to work.  My wife told me an hour before not to shot myself with the thing.

There was a guy and his brother or brother in law or something right up the street from my old joba few years ago who shot him in the head over a dispute. Killed him with a nail in the brain
