Ok..Looking to install something that requires me to tap into a ignition source...Since i dont like splicing wires and so on...Can i plug in ware it says ign?

The ING's above the SHUNT is where you want to tap into.

and also is there a place on there that i can tap into my Gage lights? or will i have to use tap connector and piggy back the wire?

You should be able to see B+ with a test light at the LPS when you turn on the parking lamps.
