This weekend's progress, installed-drilled-fit the cab side trim molding and wheel well moldings. Fit the factory style tailgate in place.

Been working on the 74 a lot in between my other bazillion things and will post pics of the painstaking restoration of this battered tailgate but here's a little ripass in my driveway ( can't wait to have some more asphalt to play with ). Will add more later. Gotta go clean up my disaster area.

Not that it matters a whole lot about what I think... I am sure glad you ditched the caddy lights and louvered tailgates.  That sure sounds awesome Vile!!!  Thanks for sharing

Yeah, they looked cool at the time, but I kept looking at them over the years and saying to myself, "Why did I do that?" lol I challenged myself to do something unique but it just didn't stick with me. The tailgate looked cool but I'll save it for another rainy day project.

This truck does have a pretty awesome sound I must say  8) Thanks

3" Dual Exhaust, custom built with flowmasters and ceramic coated. You can see it better here http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/smforum/index.php?topic=7175.360

I took down a few hundred trees so my yard and driveway is a mess. Wasn't close to any stumps though ;)
