Have you considered a headliner ?

I don't know of any quick fix. I had some dents inside my cab like this but had a body shop fix them when they were doing some other body work for me. And then I got a headliner. Ha!

the top is two layers - inner and outer.  If the dents are not through to the outer layer just grind to bare metal and use filler and some sanding to smooth.

OR

Install a headliner as suggested by Vile.

Molding I picked up at a junk yard for little to nothing.  I've also seen them on ebay.  My headliner I picked up from the junk yard and stripped off the old fabric and glued on new headliner fabric I pickup up at our local fabric (chick place)store.

The inside trim I recolored with plastic/vinyle/fabric dye/paint stuff.  Sprayed on per the instruction.

you don't need the molding on the one I linked, but you can get it at the junk yard...
