I use loc-tite and they never come loose. Are you tightening them enough? Are you using the correct bolts?

Ive had a friend that decided he was goin to use torque convertor bolts off a newer model motor... bad idea.. they were metric. Or you can go to Autozone and get a good set from Mr Gasket.

Go to the store and find a new set of bolts that apply to your tranny.  The important thing is, since the nuts are "self locking", that you use a new set.  USE A NEW SET!

go to www.summitracing.com and get a set of ARP Torque Converter bolts and or goto your local chevrolet dealership parts department and get the correct set. i have never heard of anyone with this problem.
