Lets see, I have owned:

78 GMC K20
79 C-10 lwb ( still have this one )
77 C-10 lwb ( parts truck )
82 C-10 lwb ( drove for a while, stole good parts and sold it for $200 more than I paid for it LOL )
79 K20 ( got the body from the 77 C-10 above )
80 GMC K10 swb ( was my brothers, traded for above truck )
78 C-10 lwb ( parts truck )
87 C-10 swb ( parts truck )
77 K-20 ( parts truck )
79 C-10 ( parts truck )
78 C-10 ( parts truck )  This one had sat for 7 years, tossed a battery in it, cranked on it to see if it would have oil pressure, and it FIRED!  sat and idled like it was shut off the week before!
79 K10 ( weekend beater! ) Man that truck would go like heck in the mud!

I am sure I have missed one or two.
I only own my 79 C-10 Big 10 and will never sell it.  I am sure some more will come and go, Im only 28! LOL

First was a 1975 Chevrolet Scottsdale long bed in green (first vehicle I ever bought new off the showroom floor.)  Wanted a short box stepside.  Dad was concerned about resale value and pressured me into the longbed fleetside.

Second was a 1977 short wide Scottsdale with Cheyenne body moldings in Cordova brown with bucket seats (I ordered this truck -- only vehicle I ever ordered).  Really wanted a stepside, though.  Wife didn't care for the stepside body style.  This was a nice pickup.

Third was a 1979 GMC Sierra long bed.  Still had the '77 Chevy.  By then I had resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get a stepside.

Fourth was a 1979 Blazer 4x4 Custom Deluxe model.  (Had children by then and needed a rear seat.)  Last one of this body style I bought new.  In fact, I didn't buy another pickup until 1998.

Finally, my 1980 stepside -- the body style I always wanted, and I'm really enjoying this one.

I guess I'm a lightweight, this '76 is only my second ;D
A few years back I wrung about 25,000 miles out of a rustbucket '79 Custom Deluxe, technically I still own it but it's not much of a parts donor, I had it stuck back in the pasture planning to rob the front calipers and rotors for a GMC van I owned at the time, my Dad decided to burn off some weeds one spring and burned it down to the ground :o
It had a topper on it, so it had several jugs of waste oil, an 'extra' TH350 still full of ATF, and some assorted lumber stacked in there, it wound up hot enough to burn off three of the tires ;D
I'll post some pix tomorrow......

1984 chevy k30 6.2 diesel, turbo 400.  got it when i was 18, it had 3 inches of lift and 32 inch tires, blue and silver.
1976 chevy k10 400 v8, th350 tranny.  bought it for 300 from a guy down by the lake and i didnt really want a 400 so sold it 3 months after i bought it for 800.
1990 GMC Jimmy.  350 TBI, 700r4 tranny.  i like this truck so i am actually gonna keep it, fix the floor, rockers and gas tank then worry about all the other little things.

i would love it have that 84 k30 back, that was my first love.

haha, i've had the same number as you CaptKaos...

1) 1979 C10 Custom Deluxe shortbed fleetside.  my first ever vehicle, bought it for $300 (i saved it) and it ran like a dream...really should have hung onto it...it had a 305, Th350 and a 2.76 pegleg...but it would out-powerbrake (i was 14...leave me alone) my friend's '85 F150 with the "firebreathing" 351W (i also own that truck now)...my stepmom totalled it...

2) 1979 C10 Custom Deluxe longbed fleetside. this truck was fun...it had a '63 Corvette (ran the numbers, it was the real deal) 327 with camel hump heads mated to the 3-speed manual it originally came with.  it was a 250/3-speed no options truck.  it had no power steering or brakes...lots of fun.  i rear ended a Dakota *cough* looking at a woman*cough* and since i didn't have a front bumper at the time i busted my radiator...since it was raining and i was an idiot, i didn't think to check to make SURE i had coolant...on the drive home i cooked it (knocked out my gauge lights) and she started knocking...ended up installing "Windows" in the block...lol.

3) 1979 K30 Silverado longbed fleetside.  this was probably my favorite so far...its so hard to say though...i got it from the original owner who only drove it on special occasions or when he needed muscle.  it was a special ordered truck with pretty much every option.  it had PW/PDL, bucket seats, dual tanks, 454, SM465, NP205, AM/FM Stereo, full gauges to include tachometer, tilt steering, delay wipers, spare battery, sliding rear window and the fuel tank shield package.  it had some other lil stuff but that was the bulk of it.  it was Mariner Blue Metallic and Mystic Silver Metallic two tone...he blew the 454 with just 65,XXX miles (ORIGINAL thermostat stuck, he didn't see the gauge fast enough...ended up running it until IT shut down) and decided to sell since he was up there in age...we bought it, rebuilt the 454 (built it into a 468) and threw a better clutch in it (Centerforce Gold), lifted it about 13" (10" suspension, 3" body) and ran 44's on it...although it never saw TOO much abuse aside from the occasional tug-o-war in the mud (the Detroit locker we installed in the rear worked NICE!) and some mud boggin...sold it when i left for the Army...

4) 1975 K10 Custom Deluxe longbed fleetside.  this truck was a basketcase.  it was a 350/Th350/NP203 truck and it had way more problems than i had time/money to sort out...wheeled the heck out of it, sold it to a guy i worked with who i guess still has it...

5) 1976 C10 Silverado shortbed fleetside.  this truck was GORGEOUS...and FAST.  it was all black with chrome trim, had red velour interior.  it had a beefed up 350 (AFR 194 heads, comp cam-not sure on specs, Holley 650 carb, Weiand intake, some other stuff too) and one MEAN exhaust note.  had a set of Corvette rally's on it with some FAT tires in the rear...like the idiot i've proven to be, i let my now ex-wife (then fiancee) drive it...she goosed it, lost it, hit two cars and put it in a ditch.  bent the frame beyond repair, motor went in a '86 Z28...

6) 1986 K20 Scottsdale longbed fleetside.  didn't have this one long, i had a deal worked out to buy it from a work associate, drove it for a month or two, things went kinda sour and we both agreed to just trade money for truck...it had a 350, Th400, NP208 and a bent frame...it dogtracked...

7) 1986 K5 Blazer.  always wanted one of these, and almost had one.  i got it as a parts truck with a good title, i was determined to rebuild it.  it had a 6.2 diesel and a 700R4 with a NP208 and was a Silverado with power everything.  it needed a front clip, transmission and a few other things...so i bought a

8) 1987 K10 longbed fleetside.  that had a 4.3 TBI and a 700R4 with a NP208.  this truck was parts only and had no title.  but, i ran out of time as they were in my barracks parking lot and they both got towed because my CO was a F*rd fan.  i was out in the field and they were towed but the two F*rds that were surrounding them weren't touched.  i raised cain and the two F*rds were towed...go me...

9) 1976 K15 (finally, a GMC!) concoction...it was a '76 GMC K15 cab on a '8X K5 Blazer frame with a flat steel bed.  it had a 350/Th350/NP205 combo and i was running 36" military tires...with stacks up the back of the cab.  it was ugly and could crawl over the occasional pesky Honduh or Mitsubishi...

10) 1978 K20 Custom Deluxe shortbed fleetside (let me explain).  this truck started life as a K10 Custom Deluxe shortbed fleetside with a SM465 and a 350.  after some extensive modification it was a K20 with a 454/SM465.  it had a 14b FF rear, D44 front with 8-lug outers (hence why it's only a 3/4 ton), about 11" of lift (8" suspension, 3" body) and 38" tires.  had a gorgeous red/ghost flames paint job...there are pics floating around here of it.  shouldn't have sold it but my G/F came first in that one...she didn't want me to sell it but we lived 350 miles apart at the time and i couldn't afford a beater to go see her in...and i didn't own stock in Exxon.

11) 1983 K1500 Sierra shortbed fleetside.  ahh, my baby.  got her about a year and a half ago with 71k original miles from the original owner.  i have most receipts and now she is sitting at 79k needing some work (yea, only 79k miles but 25 years).  she has a 305/700R4/NP208 and still has everything pretty much as it left the factory minus the CD player added before i bought it.  factory AC is still cold, everything works.  plan to put some money into this one...can't let another nice one slip by me...
1991 Chevy Silverado K1500 ECSB, 350, 700R4 w/shift kit, 3.42's, exhaust work...
1983 GMC Sierra K1500 SWB-sold :(
